It doesn't have a table, but it has lots of cues to choose from, and a knowledgeable and english-speaking shop owner. He has them made i think near bangkok. All handcrafted i think, and varying prices depending partly on the choice of wood. When i bought mine this was the only place that had any kind of choice that i learned about.

Head from the middle of the northern moat on the road up towards mae rim. But well before you get to the superhighway there's a right turn at some lights which is the way to the rajabat university. Take that turn. His shop is along that road on the right hand side pretty much opposite the rajabat entrance. Just only about 50 or 100 metres from the mae rim road.

I really don't think you're going to find anywhere to match this place, you'll just have to make your choice from feel.

yes thats a good one; also top floor in Huay Khaew, but only the floor to practice on.

Another vote for the Rajabat shop. He'll also move, place and balance up your new pool table and stocks all the accessories too.
