Is There A Multi-Entry Business Visa For A 5-7 Month Stay For Medical Travel Industry?

I have recently acquired a Thai medical travel company. Our patients predominantly come from Canada, Mexico, as well as the States and Europe. Our offices are based in Tampa Bay, Florida, USA.

Could anyone advise me on which VISA is needed that will allow me to come to Thailand for 5-7 months? The mission will be to locate and meet with medical service providers, clinics, hospitals, etc... and then negotiate (or re-negotiate) medical treatment service contracts for the ever growing medical travel tourism industry. After we contract with a service provider, part two of the mission will be to find suitable housing, car services and/or other accommodation for the soon to be recovering patient, ideally located close to the contracted clinics. ****** MEDICAL TRAVEL's current providers are limited to the airport and central BKK area. The plan is to expand these services to include medical service providers throughout the rest of Thailand by next year in time for the high travel season,

I will not be working for a Thai company, nor will I have an office in Thailand. I also do not take a salary.

Any idea of what the best way (for an Ozzie & Yank dual passport holder) to obtain the correct VISA?

Is there a VISA that allows the holder to travel in-country with the ability to take several short trips out of Thailand over a 5-7 month stay? And, is there a government list containing the contact details for each and every licensed medical center that offers (or wants to offer) its' services to foreigners? Would I need a letter from one or more of these hospitals (prospective clients)?

Any information would be greatly appreciated - I have heaps of time to plan and to gather up the stack proper documentation needed.
