For starters - Very helpful staff at Jomtien Consulate.

My lost passport application was processed, sent off and in less than 4 weeks I was telephoned by the Consulate in Jomtien to say my replacement passport had arrived and I could even collect it outside of normal opening hours. Given a form to get a replacement visa too.

All very efficient from the Jomtien Consulate through Hong Kong, the IPS in the UK and back again.

Often we complain when things go wrong, so this is a thanks to say everything went smoothly and efficiently :)
