I would try the hotels that have fitness centres but you have to be qualified and have some experience

You will not find a position in a hotel. It is too expensive to hire a foreigner for such a position. I know a few freelancers who have built up a network by training several people from a same company. However, competition is fierce, you will be working illegally and you will need a lot of regular customers to make a good living out of it. Good luck!
