A few weeks ago a was heading for Singapore from Suvarnabuhmi AP.

After passing the immigration counter I passed a table with a lot of flowered boxes, small trunks, bags, etc.

The immigration officers behind the table were convincing the Indians (who were interested), to buy some since they were a lot cheaper than the same products in the King Power area.

Again, another reason to say: "This must be Thailand!"

poor guys there salary must been too low, or they been drinking the night bevore or the misses must have lost in playing cards

Same desk than the one collecting overstay fines?!?

Then maybe they were just bartering...

Maybe it was confiscated stuff.
