Part-Time Childcare

Featured Replies

My husband and I would like to hire a nanny/baby-sitter part-time, two days a week, around 5-6 hours a day while we attend our Thai class. We know that a lot of people with young kids do hire nannies but we aren't sure exactly how to find one, how much is fair pay for part-time work, and what kind of expectations to have. What advice can someone give to us, especially in regards to pay? We are wanting to pay a monthly salary instead of by the hour, most likely, since this position will be indefinite for the foreseeable future.

Difficult depending where you live.

Do you want an English speeking nanny?

The quality of nanny depends on how much you wish to pay.

Put an add on here, maybe an expat family is leaving and need to relocate their nanny to another family.
