August 6, 201213 yr I have a citibank account in the USA, but no account in Thailand. Can i walk into the Citibank branch in BKK and make a cash deposit to my USA account?
August 7, 201213 yr Try and let us know, i have often wondered the same thing but am pretty sure they will not let you. The banking rules here can be very strange and something as straight forward as that has too much comon sense for them to allow. Edited August 7, 201213 yr by yourauntbob
August 7, 201213 yr I had a crack in my Citibank USA ATM card and tried to get it replaced at Bangkok Citibank. They looked at me like I was crazy. I might as well have gone to any other bank for all the help I got.

Singnificantly different sytems in place even between Citi in Singapore and Citi Thailand, for example, Thailand 4 digit pin number on ATM card, Singapore 6 digit pin Citi BKK not the sharpest knives in the drawer,
