I want to make my own jam and have been hunting high and low for pectin only to be met by a wall of blank looks in every shop I've tried.

Anybody know where I can buy pectin, preferably in powder form?

Schmidt sell pectin. They have a few shops across Thailand. The BK shop is in the area behind the corner of Rama 4 and Sukhumvit by Pra Kanong BTS.
