hi, i'm just a little confused. i currently have a non immigration education visa and i need to do my 90days notification. does anyone know if its 15days before the due/expiry date or is it 7 days before? thankyou so much:)

You have to do it within that period. If you report by mail the report must be received before the actual due date.

I have also a non-immigrant ed-visa for more than 1 year and did the reporting every 90 days (as well as the extension of the visa).

this year in may, the immigration officer in jomtien told me, that i don't have to make the 90 days report anymore when I extend my ed-visa (every 90 days).

I extended my visa this may (without the 90-day reporting) and did so this week - no more 90-day reporting for ed-visa holder (at least at jomtien immigration).

They must be doing both at the same time - do they require you to fill in both a TM.7 and TM.47 form each time?

In the past I had to fill out both forms, but the last 2 times only the form for the 90-days extension of the visa (tm 7).

Seems they may be using the bar-code reading system that Bangkok had and then decided not to use. Hope it has not changed again when you next do.

last time I did the visa extension without 90-day reporting was 2 days ago, but who knows how long it will work like that ...
