Rimmer Posted August 8, 2012 Share Posted August 8, 2012 Gun and drugs seized from man in routine Police stop in South Pattaya PATTAYA:--Police stopped a man carrying class 1 drugs and a loaded gun on Tuesday inside Soi 17 in South Pattaya. Police pulled over a motorbike driven by Khun Mondree aged 32. He was subjected to a search as was his bike and two female passengers on the bike. Khun Mondree was found to be carrying 4 Yabba Tablets and the firearm was found in the seat compartment of the motorbike along with 25 bullets. The two female passengers were detained and joined Khun Mondree at Pattaya Police Station but were later released without charge. The gun had been purchased from a friend for 2,000 Baht and the drugs were allegedly for his own personal use.
