jacktrip
I will be trying for a 3rd double entry tourist visa in Ventiane, Laos. If my application is denied can I still enter Thailand on a 15 day land visa? or, is there a red stamp in there saying I'm not a tourist due to too many past visas and could cause problems at the border? (can I get back in and get my stuff?) Is there a possibility of getting a single entry tourist visa if the double is denied? or, do I come back the next day and re-apply for a single instead? Mario2008
If denied a double, suspect you will get a single instead. Maybe with the red stamp not to apply anymore. You can always enter on a visa exemption. if youreturn by air you will even get 30 days.
somruedee
About tourist visa have a limit of time for obtain the visa but if you fly out you will get 30 days when you return back if you want to stay a lot longer than 30 days why you not think about to do a year visa. lopburi3
We are talking about tourist visa entry - not 30 day visa exempt entry (arrive by air for some nationalities) - and there is no such thing as a one year tourist visa.
