My wife had an appointment August 1st at UKBA Liverpool using premium service. We both attended and she was granted FLR. They said don't book any travel until we recieve the biometrics back. About 7 working days. 15th tomorrow still no word.I have a month booked off work to go back to Thailand with the wife and daughter. Everyday is eating up my holiday. I thought using premium service it would be quicker. Horrible getting back from work everyday and no delivery from the postman. What's the longest waiting times anyone know?

i dont understand this, when we did the premium service in Sheffield for FLR everything was done on the day!

She did the biometrics on the day and application was approved etc. I don't know what the hold up is. Also not sure if the process may be differant at differant Border Agencies throughout the Country. They gave her a letter saying it should be within 7 working days. It's ten days tomorrow so I will have to email them. Cheers
