Even by merely friending him on facebook.....you can trawl his news feed and create a massive play list from youtube. I know a bar owner in CM that would most likely be up for promoting a night once a month or so.......you know the strength of NS as much as I do........if word got out that there was a circuit starting in CM it wouldn't be long before people started flying in for it. I hope to go down possibly for the oldies session. Don't know if Keb Darge is coming in but his partner in crime Guy is supposed to be up for it. Wouldn't you just know it, the Australian national is on the same week-end!!! The two soul nights in the Southern Hemisphere and they have been scheduled for the same week-end. You could write the script for it could you? What clubs did you used to go to? Does anyone still collect the original records? aye i,m still collecting tough my recent buys are stuck in japansoul -source .co.uk is the best and most honest site for buying and in depth knowledge and discussion on mainly Northern but anything quality soul orientated havent got a scooby what DCFC or Florist but does simpson graig and gemmel murdoch mcneil and clark,johnstone,wallace chalmers auld and lennox mean anything to you need to find a good bar that can make space for a dance check out pattaya soul club and i went to wigan casino on facebook for sounds put in by northern people also robbigcity on you tube cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've started buying records again a few years ago, after selling up years earlier. Though my records are still in europe, and I usually have them sent to a friends house, who holds them until I get back. I had to do this after losing a copy of Love runs out, Willie Hutch. A rather expensive loss. Yes also a member on soul-source, quite the font of N.soul orientated knowledge. Also good the read some of the articles in Yesterdays forum. For further information about the soul week events in Pattaya, just google siamsoulagogo and you will get a run down of the DJ's and the programme. Need a bar with a good dance floor would be ideal,but also a placeto listen to quality sounds and maybe discuss would also be good introduce the people who dont know this type of music is always exciting its good to see the new blood featuring in the yet to be releleased film northern soul and the excitement they feel in discovering NS..
