I know before i start, i am guilty for being a complete idio..

but i was sooo drunk;

WHen finishing dancing in the club next i wasnt up for any chatting or chagging so i decided to head back to my condo when club closed.

What do i realize when i open my wallet?

Empty.

that was while i was entering the taxi, i blurred the explanation in a very polite way as i consider myself a gentleman and kind hearted person.

"Dont worry no problem i take you for free you in condo no problem i take care"

You need ganja ice lady i take care,

that was already strange but i dindnt pay much to it as all taxi driver who wait outside club are of the same style,.

We got on very well and he was so nice showing me pictures of her daughter and telling me how hard life can be for thais in bangkok.

I felt sorry for him and wanted to gratify him with my apreciatioon of his noble soul.

I liked the guy so When we arrived i decided to invite him to some rounds of whislky at my room.

The sun of the bitch put something in my drink while i was preparing some eggs!!!

i was so phuked that when i realised he junkie had already taken some sort of waterpipe to smoke his meth i dindnt know what to do.

I instantly decided to throw him out but i was so knakered that i didnt find the words or the moemnt so i decided to push the bottle in his hand and told him we should keep drinking somewhere nicer.

I think thats the moment when he took my money which was in a cuppard and my harddrive!!!!

i have digital photocopy of my passport, home made porn and many other details which he wont be able i think to link to my bank account.

Now i dont know what to do.

i realised when i came back and i started to call him up he didntnt pick up the phone so i text him i was interesteing in buying his shit for 5000b

thats when he return my call so we set up a place to meet but he didnt come. 3 hours waiting 30 calls from which he picked up 4.

He didnt come so i trew away my leverage and blutly told him i would pay whatever he wants for the hard drive.

Now i can get his car plate as they record it before they come to the condo and there were security cameras everywhere but im scared of the police here.\

Im scared they will do me a drug test and they will find meth or whatever he mixed in my drinks

I have a thai gf but i have not told her yet as she is from hat yai and she is not here yet she works in a bank and can only come every 1 time per month to visit me.

I just dont know what to do i would gladly pay money to get my hard drive back..

Can i go with this to the police?

what can i do?

please help me out guys i would be so thankful.

I am thinking in luring him by telling him i want to buy lots of his shit and then have the police to catch him or just passed all the information to them

Never heard of anyone inviting a taxi driver into their condo for a drink. Didn't you care that you were putting innocent people's lives at risk by plying a a taxi driver with alcohol. Go to the police. You should be locked up along with the taxi driver.

Im Spanish and i speak and write fluently german italian english.

Im still a little drunk and i havent sleept. to tell the truth i wanted to smoke some pot as i havent done it in so long when im in hurry i dont care about mispellings as usually they are understandable. So in this precise case, i dont give a <snip!>.

I was drunk and he looked really genuine for a taxi driver.

Taxi drivers are usually the best source of information for whatever topic regarding safety resturant cameras ect, they are street animals usually never to be trusted( apart from tokyo) but this one... he had a gift.
