I guess you are talking about a 60 day extension based on Thai wife/child?

No, it cannot be extended for another 60 days. The most you can get is an extra 7 days for 1,900 baht.

This may well be one of those things that differs from office to office, but in Khorat Immigration they advise to leave at a border crossing and come back on a 15 day exempt. They will then extend that for 60 days based on marraige or having a child.
