Ems To Usa Delivered By Dhl: Tracking Number Changes Without Notice, No More Tracking

Hello,

I have found that DHL sometimes (when?) delivers EMS parcels sent from Thailand to USA but it is then no more possible to track your parcel on USPS.COM as tracking number changes and you are not informed. (usps.com only shows that the parcel has been accepted in Thailand)

The only way to know the new tracking number is to call EMS Thailand hotline and ask them to get it for you (they need to ask on internal channel, it's not automatic).

Then if you are lucky enough to get the tracking you will be able to track your parcel on DHL.COM

How can they process this way when you have paid so expensive EMS to be able to track your parcel, this is unacceptable !

I would like to claim for a parcel delivered almost 1 month after shipping (nobody told me that DHL had the parcel, I had to find my myself), do you know any special Email or website where I could complain ?
