yes, happens all the time and often when you least expect it.....s#*it happens, especially in a foreign country and with poor Will and his mental issues, something was bound to happen, so you better watch out and bite your tongue before judging others.

This morning and now I'm happy to finally report that i received an email from the kind folks in Hawaii with copy of his e-ticket and itinerary that states Will's departure on MON 10SEP 11:10 PM via Tokyo and Dallas to Norfolk Va.......long flight It is a totally no frills, no food [no refund] ticket

It was stated by ACS that the IDC officers will let him stop by an ATM to get funds. I have heard that IDC has a charge of $25 for the airport limo and he may also owe them for the trip down from Udon.

As to his money, which at last count was around 6,000 [counting those who reported], the IDC cops at the request of ASC will allow him to visit an ATM on the way to his plane, as he has to pay $25 for the limo and escort service and maybe other unexpected costs. Unless people chip in more, Will will arrive penniless.

I had a Guesthouse in Patong for 10 years, together with the required work permit to operate the place. I nearly got banged up at 1am. one day for putting out the trash !! Not within the criteria of said permit. Took me a lot of sweet talking and 20k Baht under the table for the matter to go away !! Be careful if you do work or you intend to. For taking out the <deleted> trash you need a work permit. I guess the wife will have to start doing it. We'll see what the neighbors say?
