I have a Non Immigrant B Visa which actually expired on the 26th June, i did an exit/re-entry just before it expired and have just over a month left to go on my final 90 days.

Can i now still apply for the Extension through marriage or does it have to be done within the life of the actual visa?

Cheers for the help, been searching cant but seem to find a definitive answer.

It's done within your permision to stay period, not the actual visa, so apply when you have about 30 days remaining.
