Can anyone recommend someone who can build a web- site for a resort complex with multiple condo buildings, the owners are both Thai and expat ( english, swedish)where most of the co- owners live either overseas or in Bangkok.

Objective: to keep co- owners informed on what is going on. Upload videos of agms, egms, store the financials budgets and financials,on going activities, issue cam fee invoices, make payments to management agency etc..upload proxy forms, chat room, advertise rentals etc..
