There are several offices, but each has its own function.

There is one for people who make use of the one-stop service and anoher one for nationals of Laos, Cambodia and Burma.

Yes. But you never said what you need to do. There are occasional immigration mobiles but they have limited services, such as 90-day reports and re-entry permits. I assume these are still operating. But for most things, you have to go to Chaeng Wattana.

Update: Just read on another thread that the mobiles were only temporary and no longer operate.
