i have just been to laos and got a double entry tourist visa, after the first entry i am travelling to india and returning to Thailand on the 27 november, now on my new double entry visa it states "enter before" 27 november 2012. my question is this does my last date of entry include the 27th, therefore allowing me my 2 months on return to Thailand.

You can enter before midnight on the 27th. A day earlier would be best as a just in case you have a delay.
