Is the Embassy in Vientienne issuing multiple entry Non Imm B visa or are they still limiting it to single entry ???

A few years ago it was single entry only, but their website now shows fees for both singe and multiple.

Is their document list on the website complete or more docs required ??

Has anyone received this visa recently from Vientienne ??

Finally, any experience with Visa agents for Non Imm B ???
