Planning on coming to Thailand for 3 months in April, maybe longer, unsure as i need to see how things pan out. I know all about the multiple none im B visa for Thailand so that is sound.

But i maybe going onto Oz after that or doing a visa run and staying another 3 months in LOS.

I'm unsure.

So... can i sort a visa out for Oz now (i'm English BTW) or would it be better to wait and sort one out in Bangkok when i have finalised my plans?

I would prefer to do it now, but i dont want to be tied to anything or any dates.

Also i'm 27, i would want a working visa too, dont know if that makes a differance.

You would be eligible for a working holiday visa

British nationals can apply for a working holiday visa at the Australian embassy in Bangkok.
