September 7, 201213 yr recently a freind of ours went to do his marriage ext.and was told he needs a kr2,in thai its called a ko-ro2,i understand you get it with your marriage certificate.we never got one 22years ago so anybody know what its about.
September 7, 201213 yr It is the Marriage Registry entry and a lot of Immigration Offices now require a copy of it. If recently married you can get a copy at the local Amphur. If not recent you may have to return to the Office you registered your marriage.
September 7, 201213 yr The Kor Ror 2 is marriage registry document which the Amphoe can print out. We never got one until recently since it is now required for extensions and you have to get a new one every year. They want it to confirm that you are still married. Since you have been married so long the marriage info may not be in the computer system yet so you may have show them the marriage certificate to have it entered in system or even go to the Amphoe where your marriage is registered to get it done.
September 7, 201213 yr As said is the ledger entry they make at the District Office books when they register a marriage or divorce. You will have to visit or have the District Office you registered in make a copy or send a copy to another office to have issued as current. We had a report this week from someone married in Takhli in 1970 being able to call that office to send (to his local office I believe) so they could provide him without actually visiting Takhli to obtain.
September 7, 201213 yr Author thanks for that guys another cock-up idea marriage cert.with my name on it,passport with the same name, bank statement with the same name, hospital record <deleted>.how do the criminals manage.
September 7, 201213 yr How about doing the 5th extension and being asked for a copy of wife's 24 year old divorce certificate. Luckily she had a copy at the house or it could of meant a trip to Yala where she got divorced.

We had a report this week from someone married in Takhli in 1970 being able to call that office to send (to his local office I believe) so they could provide him without actually visiting Takhli to obtain. As I read that report he got the Takhli office to enter the data into the system, which then enabled his local office to print i out. I don't believe anything was sent anywhere. But my memory isn't what it used to be (and it wasn't that great to begin with), so I may be remembering it wrong Sophon
September 8, 201213 yr You remembered correctly as Takhli sent it by computer entry. Not sure if directly into database or not but in any case the other office was able to print it out as normal for customer.
September 10, 201213 yr Can I enter my wife onto the database and send them her so they can look after her, just joking, why cannot immigration just have a clear list on their website of the documents,Oh I suppose tha might reduce the tea fund
