Money, gold and IPhone stolen from parked car in South Pattaya

PATTAYA:--The rear window of a car was broken and items were stolen from a car belonging to the owner of a Mobile Phone Shop in the early hours of Saturday.

Police were called to the PRS Fitness Center in Soi 17 off Third Road in South Pattaya and to the car of Khun Wirasak aged 38, the owner of a Mobile Phone Shop at the Tuk.com IT Center on the South Pattaya Road. He had parked his White Honda Civic there as he does every time he uses the Gym but when he returned to the car on Saturday the rear passenger window on the drivers-side was broken.

A bag containing 40,000 Baht in cash and a gold necklace worth 25,000 Baht were stolen along with an Apple IPhone 4S and personal documents. Total value of the stolen items is around 90,000 Baht. This was the only car broken into at the Car Park and with no witnesses or security cameras in the area,
