Can anyone with experience advise me as to whether my girlfriend owning a house, various tracts of farm land and having a record of an entry and exit from singapore with myself is likely to cover the UK requirements as evidence of reason to return to thailand. Whether an application succeeds will depend upon your girlfriend's circumstances in their entirety, but I think you're off to a good start. Certainly, the house and land ownership as well as an income from the sugar cane give her a valid incentive to return to Thailand.
