Rooms To Rent By The Month?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of a place renting cheapish rooms, furnished or unfurnished, out by the month, or perhaps somewhere offering a 2 or 3 month contract? Walking distance or a shortish motorbike taxi ride from the MRT or BTS would be ideal.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I've heard that the Nasa Vagas Apartments are avail on monthly.

Just across the road from the Airportlink (60B into town)

Sorry I dont have any contact details

Most condo buildings have privately owned units. I found that any condo that advertises for 12 month contracts will negotiate for monthly rates. It all depends on the condo owner to make the decision. But I see owners do montly all the time. Its better than having the unit sit empty.

Try Grand Hi Tech Tower Ekamai 23 rooms to be had for 4000bt a month upwards 5bt bus ride or 20bt motorbike to Thonglor BTS has a pool and some good expats living there not the Hilton but have seen worse offer 10000bt for a 2 bed apt they will take it.

Visit the website not exactly what you get these days but will give you some idea whats on offer.

For such a short time, not easy. Expect to overpay as well.
