brave man hitting a woman, jailable offense in Thailand.

Some reports say they're police, others journalists from the local press. They were asking for 2-3k Baht/month protection money and turned nasty when the shop owners refused. At the end of the video you can see one firing a shot in the air outside while kicking over the customers' bikes. Apparently they were later detained by the police but released on 200,000 Baht bail.

Seems more likely they were 'rogue' police though.

I thought this kind of things are over in thailand. but sadly its still going on in some areas
