I have a DBL entry visa issued 7 May 2012.I used it once to enter country on 17 May 2012 and did one extension 13 July 2012 and left the country Aug 7th.Now I go back Oct. 2nd is my second entry still valid?

Look for the use by date that should have been on your visa when issued.

    Depending on where you got your visa it will have the text "...must be utilized before <date>" or "Enter before <date>". It is this date that will tell whether your visa is still valid for the second entry into Thailand.
