You dont have a lot of choices. Only thing you can get is tot in isaan. They have 10mb package if you are not too far from dslam box.

You. may have True 3g. I'm your next door neighbor in Kap Choeng and we do. You can also check on 3B its is available in Prasat. The 3B office is in Surin and can tell you. If nothing else you can go with TOT which I also have and is OK.

Yeah TOT in Sangkha area is pretty good... Not sure if 3bb is out here.
