EU Sponsored Environmental project in Chiang Mai

CityNews – On Tuesday 5th June, at 9 a.m. Chuchart Keelapang, the deputy governor of Chiang Mai presided over the opening on Environment Day at JJ Market, held by the Environment Office Region 1 (Chiang Mai).

The event project was entitled ‘Holistic Approach of Public Partnership for Environment (HAPPEN)’ which is sponsored by the European Union through the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

The project will last four years (2012 – 2018) and will focus on five districts including Muang Chiang Mai, Hangdong, Mae Rim, Sansai and Doi Saket. The project will involve administrative offices, people’s networks, private organisations, NGOs, students and local people, all of which will help manage the environment and natural resources efficiently in the area.

The same reason they give India 18 BILLION, a country that has a nuclear arsenal and a space program and which they have already said they do not need nor want but it hasn't stopped the Liberal, Lefty lunatics that hand out the tax payers money from refusing taking it back.
