September 24, 201213 yr Hi Guys Would appreciate some visa advice specific to Singapore. My mate has just used his tourist visa. He needs to fly to Singapore on Saturday and come back same day or Sunday. Will he be able to fly to Singapore on Friday and get a TV same day? Failing that, will he be OK to fly back to Thailand with no visa, get a 30 day stamp or will he be refused at check in with no on going air ticket or visa? Thanks in advance
September 24, 201213 yr Applying for a visa will take two working days, apply in the morning of day 1 and recieve it in the afternoon of day 2. Without a visa he can be denid oarding, but depending on the airline within Asia it is not that often enforced. (More if the plane is overbooked and they need to bump some passengers. Then they can bump him without cost if he doesn't have a visa)

September 24, 201213 yr If he is going to be returning to Thailand before his current stay expires he could even get a re-entry permit at Suvarnabhumi on his way out. It would be better to go to immigration and sort his extension and a re-entry permit mind, just there is another option if time is short. "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
