Lots of ads but I prefer personal recommendations for someone to act as my legal representative towards the sale of some condos - already have the deeds etc so things should be straight-forward..

Some years back I used the services of a firm called ISO/ICO? but they don't appear to be in business anymore.

So: can you recommend any firm/individual who does a good job at a reasonable rate?

I found Sunbelt in Mahidol road offer a reasonable service for a fair price. You can do property conveyancing yourself cheaply if you read Thai and thus will not sign a legal document that you can not even read as I have seen a few people do!

I would recommend Khun Krit at Lanna Associates (former Sunbelt, they just moved their office to the plaza on the left at the end of Mahidol Rd, just before you reach the Super highway) or Khun Bee at CNX Legal (at Meechoke plaza, has helped us a few times).
