Tila Legal And Siam Legal For 1 Year Non-B Visa

Nothing cheap about it when I checked with them, better to D-I-Y

Yeap, I don't think it's cheap at all.

When I called them they came across as a bunch of clowns passing my call around like a complaints department in a Thai company.

DIY.

Ok, and I can I get a 1 year visa by myself before getting in Thailand?

Until now, for what I can do by self it looks like like I can only get a 60 days touristic one that I can extend for other 30 days.

I would like to get a visa for at list 6 months, so I can take my time looking for job...

Any idea? I was also thinking to sign up to a Thai Language school.....

You can easily obtain a 2 or even a 3 entry tourist visa from most home countries in Europe or the Americas. Each would allow 60 day entry and then 30 day extension prior to leaving/return for the next.

How does one go about getting a business visa by yourself with no company support from Thailand? I read about one person who did it but he showed them a bank account with a few hundred thousand USD.
