Can anyone suggest the best one2call plan that allows an Iphone 4 to act as a hotspot?

There are really just a few options, assuming you want a volume-based plan, so it really depends on your monthly requirements and budget. Time-based plans are capped at 384 Kbps, and you pay per min. when you exceed your cap.
