Black tea has no fat and no calories. It's all about what you add to it...milk.....sugar.....honey.....etc., that add the calories.

Polyphenols and antioxidants in tea are beneficial, plus the tannin may increase metabolism slightly.

I blend Thai and Malaysian tea and Green tea daily to refrigerate and use throughout the following day, usually adding honey and lime in small quantities.

I drink a pot a day, from the company Suwirun in Chiang Rai. Oolong, though, not the jasmine variety. I find their teas far superior to the brands in supermarkets.

I wonder if they sell it in BKk?

Suwirun ? I order via internet, http://www.suwirunteashop.com/ . EMS post is less than 100b, if I remember correctly. Usually arrives in 2-3 days, BKK might be one day quicker. Payment is the usual Thai-style order in internet, pay with bank transfer, send them receipt and they'll ship.
