I needed to get USD for Myanmar, and assumed there would be one or more currency exchange counters airside.

None whatsoever, so if you're looking to change money, make sure you do it before going through immigration.

Not sure if this is because DMK has just re-opened, and whether they will have in future or not - but thought it might be good to give a heads up...
