I'm back in BKK for the first time in many years later this month. The last couple of times I stayed I was at a hotel next to a beer garden, off Sukomvit. I think the hotel was called "Park Hotel" or "Park View Hotel".

Can anyone let me know which it is? It is quite a common name.
