Cm Immigration - 90 Day Report With Visa Ext Pending Needed?

Featured Replies

I'm due to submit my annual visa extension this coming week; my 90 Day Report is due less than 2 weeks afterwards. I was thinking of doing my 90 Day report whilst I wait for the ladies to check my extension paperwork. In terms of the 'Visa Stamp' photocopy for the 90 Day Report, will I need to wait till I get the 'Under Submission' visa stamp or can I just use the existing visa stamp?

You are allowed up to a week after and two weeks before the due date.

I appreciate the help. I'm just trying to find out if I could submit the 90 Day Report with the existing visa before I go to the other desk and submit the visa extension.

Yes You ca do them both in the same day. I don't think it matters what order you do them in. I tried to do them both in the same day but was to late to get the renewal appointment but it only took me five minutes to get the 90 day.

I was hoping to get lucky by going in in the afternoon. Renewals were booked solid. If you get your renewal just go and get the 90 day chances are it will not be a long wait.
