Thai Wife On Uk Settlement To Usa For Holiday

I was considering on taking my Thai wife who lives in the UK on a settlement visa for a few days in New York.

Is this possible if so what route do I take and how do I go about it.

As long as you're resident in the UK, should be no problem for your Thai wife to get a U.S. Tourist visa, they might even giver her a 10-year one, which is fairly common these last few years.

You'll most likely be able to go on the Visa Waiver Program.

Your wife will need to apply for a Tourist Visa, B-2, and actually physically appear for an interview.
