Elderly Scandinavians are usually very well mannered, though. This seems to be especially true in Cha Am and Hua Hin.

The Vikings. Well known, but little understood.

The impact that the Danes had on British life and culture in the 11th and 12th centuries was great. Their legacy still endures.

Those were troubled and violent times.

Is it they who taught the British to riot on the streets?

The original Thermae has my best memories. I remember one night seeing 2 young women right from the village still in what I think was Akha cloths. I quess they just arrived and didnot even have commercial cloths yet. I miss the booths in the old Thermae the most great place to get to know someone well before leaving with them.
