October 22, 201213 yr Not sure I like the sound of a buger shop, think I'll leave that to those that are that way inclined! 555555
October 22, 201213 yr I don't think there is a demand for buger's in Chiang Mai That answers for the demand side...... what about the supply side

October 22, 201213 yr If you read the OP, it seems to be talking about the future. The place is already set up and probably ready to go.
October 22, 201213 yr I'm guessing next door to Loco Elvis where the Duke's Burger used to be? Wow, that didn't last long. Too bad, their fries were great. The burgers, eh, not so much...

October 22, 201213 yr Every time someone wanted fries or a burger, they had to be rushed over from the original Duke's?
October 23, 201213 yr Every time someone wanted fries or a burger, they had to be rushed over from the original Duke's? Unreal. LOL.

October 23, 201213 yr Every time someone wanted fries or a burger, they had to be rushed over from the original Duke's? Yes. No. +1 I watched them prepare my food every time I was there. The food was prepared there.
October 23, 201213 yr I had the line cook at Duke's Burgers do a double fry on my fries a la belgique. I can assure you the food was all cooked on site there. But it is no more, alas. Perhaps some are confusing food trucked over to the River Market from the Duke's by the river, with the former Duke's Burgers?

Perhaps some are confusing food trucked over to the River Market from the Duke's by the river, with the former Duke's Burgers? That was what my post said. Not sure where being cooked over there came from certainly not me. I was in there one day and Dave was doing the cooking. The place was not really big enough to prepare the food. Maybe it is big enough to prepare bugers. It is true they will prepare and cook it for you at Dukes on the river and then bring it over to the River Market. Edited October 23, 201213 yr by hellodolly
