I have already answered, Western food (still waiting for decent Mexican food), price of golf and local courses, hotels, drink, food, and company if you so desire. However I struggle to list, "10 good things" This is not meant to be an anti Pattaya thread, but more as an insight as to what has changed for the better and why it is better.
