Feb. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Asia's bird flu outbreak spread to poultry in the Thai province home to a popular beach resort, as well as to new parts of Vietnam and China. The rate at which humans are contracting the disease hasn't accelerated.

The Thai government reported outbreaks in Chon Buri, the site of the resort town of Pattaya, and Lop Buri, the base of the nation's largest chicken exporter, Saha Farms Co. It also added two more suspected human cases for a total of 19.
