Truemoveh And Blackberry

Featured Replies

so around 2 months ago True decided to "upgrade" their perfectly working 3G service to TrueMoveH. Not only were people not told about this, but the service was downgraded to EDGE and you had to go into a True shop to get a new sim then wait 2 weeks for it to be ported across. Ever since they stopped my perfectly working 3G service I've had problem after problem. The girls first messed up the porting which meant I had to wait another week. When it did port across I still can't get 3G and today my EDGE has gone too. Apparently network problems!

I'm totally fed up with them now. I must have called them daily for the last month without nothing ever getting resolved. Has anyone had similar problems or actually have 3G on their blackberry from TrueMoveH. I'm also interested if anyone knows a different provider who would support 3G on my blackberry with 3G bands 1, 2, 5, 6
