Lost 90 Day Report Slip. Is It Gonna Be A Problem?

Featured Replies

U.S. passport non o marriage visa. Due for another 90 day report and found out the 90 day card is missing. It was printed so I figure it should be in their system when I last reported. Or are they gonna fine me big time? Any suggestions?

I'm going to Chang watthana tomorrow. The due date is actually Friday 9th.

You should be fine. You will find that you aren't exactly the only one who lost his 90 day report.

Thanks Mario. I thought so that it happens quite often. However immigration is quite unpredictable (seems to me). I'm being paranoid they would jail me or do something similar lol.

I have seen some officers, charge 2000 for it even thought they have the reporting data in front of them in their system.

Last time i went there was in middle of October and they were doing rating for the officers so they were a lot nicer than normal and they did not ask fo r the slip even though i had it, So may be they are still in that mode and they do not ask for it

Do you have the barcode sticker on the back of your passport?

Do you have the barcode sticker on the back of your passport?

There is a barcode printed on the inside back cover of the passport, not a sticker.

Thai Immigration have been using a barcode system where they stick a sticker on the back of your passport, it makes it easier for them. If you have not got one, then just go as you planned

Have lost it a couple of times, but never had a problem.

Immigration lost my receipt while doing my most recent extension paperwork. For some reason that one report was not on computer. My wife was the person getting more upset over the entire thing than me. Was about to give up and pay 2000 baht fine until I asked if they kept the original report papers. Lady then brought out stacks of reports from a cabinet for the week we did the report with a computer print out listing reports done that day on top of each stack. The wife and I did the searching and she was quite happy when she found my name on the list and then my report. No fine paid and some questions as to what happened to that report in the computer since it was on the print out.
