PATTAYA:--Just after 1.30 am on Saturday rescue services were called to a house in North Pattaya to assist in removing a 5 meter long python from the area which was in the process of terrorizing a group of cockerels kept behind the house.

Khun Sitishai was awoken by the sound of the distressed cockerels and saw the snake approaching them.

Rescue workers met with the house owner, Khun Sitishai aged 41 who directed them to the Python who appeared agitated which they suspect is due to hunger.

I don't know how you can say that? I am an animal lover generally and I would never harm a snake unless in self defence but I can't see anything likeable about them?

Nice to see that they for once removed to (hopefully) let it back in the wild, instead of killing it :-) !!

Very good that they did not kill it.

Far from likeable but does more good than harm to the environment
