We want to rent an office in a friend's factory and we are looking for a rental agreement we can use. I can find this type of contract under English law online easily but not Thai.

Does anyone have a rental contract we could use? Or a link to where we can download one.

Many shops around here sell them cheap - we go to the local gun shop he has a collection of forms you can buy there - but must be a copy and fax like shop that would know who has them if they don't have themselves.

I looked around my office and I don't have one on hand or I would scan it and send it to ya. Maybe someone has one around the house today here on the forum can do that. or maybe one of these will work
