Please Help Confused

Hi everyone,

Was hoping someone could help. I have a 1 year non immigration b multi entry visa. I arrived on the 18th September so the first 90 days expires 17th December.

I am currently teaching in Satun and work permit is in process if it isn't processed in time will I need to leave in December and renter? Or can I go to the embassy and have a new stamp?

If I need to leave can I go to langkawi border crossing? Or do I need to travel into Malaysia? I've looked and am struggling to understand all the rules.

Thank you

You must leave Thailand and return for a new 90 day stay - so yes on that border it would require entry/exit of Malaysia.
