I have finally got my 1 year B visa, and work permit to go with it. On the 20th I have to do my first notification of address (Suan Phlu), what's the procedure? Thanks.

Enter. Go to queue assignment desk just inside door. State reason for visit. Obtain TM.47 form or show the form you have already downloaded and filled out. Get queue number and counter number card. Proceed to counter. Listen for announcement to submit. Hand passport/paper and wait for return. Should take less than 15 minutes total.
